This is not an RV Park and should not be a Good Sam Park. It is rated way too high. We did not use the restrooms, laundry or the game room. The place is not well kept, it was dry & full of weeds, and buildings run down. There were more permanent residents than traveling RVs. The permanent residents have very broken down (boarded up, taped, broken windows etc) RVs & a tenter as well. Unfortunately there is not much choice in the area for seeing Crater Lake. I will never stay there again nor recommend it to anyone. The place needs to be reviewed again and down graded. Giving it one star is even way too many. Unfortunately I can't add anything good. It also was on a train track with frequent whistle blowing, and a busy road in front and in back of the place. We were awakened at midnight by a screaming match by the couple in the permanent RV across from us. I was ready to call 911. This either needs to be a place for those who need an inexpensive place to live or cleaned up to be an overnight only RV Park.

This was a great park to stay at as it was midway down the Keys. We were right on the sea wall and greatly enjoyed the location. We were able to drive down to Key West and visit the other southern keys as well. The sites were good size, tho not level. The Dock was great to fish, watch boats, swim/snorkel, and watch the sunset from. The pool was clean & just the right temperature, plenty of lounge furniture in good condition. The signage was a little difficult to see from the highway, but once we were there we had no problems. Staff was friendly & helpful. The only issue I had was the laundry. It was clean and well kept. The 3 dryers I used (25cents for 5 minutes) did not dry very well. It took $3.00 per machine to get my clothes/towels dry. We would recommend this park and definitely would stay there again.

This is not an RV park, it is a Park Model park with about 10 spaces for RV's. They were friendly and the park is clean. The amenities are well kept.
If looking for a park with other RVers this is not it. The streets are narrow making it somewhat difficult to back into the space. We felt as if we were intruding on the permanent residents. From N 66th street going south it is a little hard to get into as you need to make a U turn at the very long light. The driveway is narrow because there is a Park Model being used as a sales model. It is a gated community, the gates are narrow.
While this location served it's purpose for us, if you are looking for an RV experience park, this is not it.

This was an awesome park. Clean, friendly, well kept, good location-close to downtown, missions etc. There were some permanent residents, all were very well kept, about half permanent, half RVers. I hurt my back and could not walk or stand. I was admitted to the hospital for several days, thus needing to extend our stay. They were very accommodating and expressed concern for my well being. Really appreciate this great park.

This is the worst Good Sam Park we have ever stayed at. It should be rated less than one *. It is in very poor condition. The office is closed, the manager uses her mobile home as the office-it smells like a cat litter box that hasn't been emptied for days.
The laundry in is a connex box (shipping container) & is dirty, I wouldn't even put my unwashed clothes on the tables. The water has a brown tint to it. There were only about 10 spaces that are available for RV's, the rest are taken by permanent residents. The spaces are not level and the hook up poles are loose and look like they will fall over in a wind. None of the mentioned amenities are available and look to be in very poor condition. Wi-Fi is barely available, hard to get on & very slow. This should not be a Good Sam Park!!!!
We don't know how this park could be improved unless it was taken over by new management and time spent cleaning it up and moving out the permanent residents.
