We booked this stop because it was on the way and was rated at 8.5-8.5-8 in GS. We pulled in from I-80 and the lady was very nice and welcoming, but it went downhill from there. She also told us that she was selling the campground at the end of the month. When we pulled down to the camp the road was terrible with mostly broken asphalt and dirt with huge potholes you couldn't miss. The campsites are rustic (which is being generous), mostly grass, unleveled, with weeds around all the utilities. Campers are staggered in and out so we ended up facing door to door with another camper (who was very nice BTW) instead of having our own space to relax. When they built their nightly campfire, we had a campfire also whether we wanted one or not. Also our row of camp sites was perhaps 100 yards (really) from the very busy I-80, so you had LOUD heavy traffic noise 24/7 despite the wooden sound fence that was between you and the road. This camp seemed to be populated with local campers that knew each other and were looking for a place to party; and only a few RVers that were traveling and stopping for the night. Late night parties with huge bonfires and no enforcement of quiet time rules made it far from relaxing. We did not go into the showers or restrooms, but the pool seemed clean and was used by several people. The mini golf course was not open and looked to need repairs. The Cedar river nearby is very nice, but everything we owned was covered in a new layer of dust daily from the roads. With a change of ownership, this park needs a great deal of upgrading and repair to the facilities and roads. Nothing can be done about the noise however. RVer beware.

We have stayed at Air Capital before and returned to stay again on this recent trip. The park is very clean, well maintained, and easy to access from I-35 in Wichita. Everyone at the office was friendly and they provide a pilot to take you to your site. Good place and we will stay here again when visiting my son and his family.

We stopped here for two nights to rest up after a long trip this fall. The park is nice, quiet, and well maintained. The roads are a mix of asphalt and gravel, but in good condition. The staff (owners?) in the office were very friendly, and suggested things to go see in town. The site was gravel, mostly flat, and all hookups were in good condition. We did see several long-term residents, but their spots were clean and not littered with junk. Red Barn had just put in a new propane tank and filling station but their pump wasn't working; they directed me to a close business in town that filled my tank for me. Nice spot, we will stop there again when in MO.

We booked a one night stay at Eagle Ridge RV Park mainly because it had such good ratings, and it was on the way across MO. When we pulled in after traveling for 5 hours we found what looked like a pasture with shore power posts. Rustic would be generous. Very few trees, the roads are mostly dirt, not gravel, and they are very rough. The mostly dirt and grass campsites that would work for a 40' FW were not level or well defined. We have been RV'ing for almost 5 years and this is the worst campground we have come across to date. I have no idea how it received the ratings that are shown here unless the owners have been submitting them. We did not stay after touring the park, and had to drive another 4 hours to a campground in Carthage, MO. which was nice. Beware!

What a cute park! We were in town for the Barrett-Jackson auction and they were more than accommodating with a nice level, large pad for our 35' trailer. The park is spotless with very well maintained roads, beautiful landscaping, heated pool, clean laundry room, and friendly staff. We did not go into the restrooms so we don't know about them. LOTS of activities were going on from cooking contests, shuffleboard, to BINGO almost every day. Many of the spaces are full-timers, or snow birds, with very well maintained lots and no junk allowed. We will definitely stay again when in the area.
