Clean, older park but well maintained. Staff friendly and helpful. There are two areas to this park, one side called the resort area and another area on the other side of the road called The 100 Acre Woods. The resort area is more your typical RV park with RV sites, tents and some cabins. Sites are close together and packed dirt/gravel, but well maintained. Internet was spotty, but we did get reception for our Verizon hotspot. We also got satellite reception at Site 12. Road in is so narrow that we had to move our car at least 6 times in order for other campers to back into their sites. The 100 Acre Woods area is heavily wooded and more like a state park type campground. Park is located close to hiking and all the Olympic venues at Lake Placid.

This is a lovely park that has tiered levels to stay. We stayed at the top level and the only negative thing I could say is it's a little scary making some of the turns to get to the top, but once you are there the views are spectacular. The site was level and wide enough for us to park the tow car beside the coach. The ground are well maintained and the restrooms are modern and very clean. Staff was super friendly and even hand delivered several packages to us. We stayed here in a 40 foot MH and would definitely return.

This is an older park and some of the facilities are showing their age. The site was very level and did accommodate both our 40 ft MH and our tow vehicle. Concrete patio has a large by very dilapidated wooden picnic table. Grass area around site is pretty sparse. Streets are narrow, so if you have a bigger rig, make sure you turn wide when turning into your row. Park was quiet except for trains at night. Some sites face an accumulation of construction equipment, so would ask about that when booking. In my opinion this park should not be rated as highly as it is by Good Sams.

The park is old and most items are dated. All the roads are dirt and red clay. The sites are also dirt and red clay, any gravel that was there is gone. It rained during our stay for 3 days and the place was a total mess. Our site was so unlevel we had to put blocks under the back tires and jack pads. The water faucet was bent in half and the electric pole had obviously been hit by another camper and not repaired. We have Verizon and could only access phone and internet with our hotspot by the office. The park internet was sporadic at best. The setting is lovely and you are about 20 miles from the west entrance to Yosemite National Park and then another 25 miles to Yosemite Valley. There is a new manager but not sure what that means if the upkeep is not done.

The park is conveniently located to explore the Napa Valley. However, only 1/3 of the park has FHU and any type of pad. The rest are 30 AMP with only water and just dirt. Also these standard lots are side by side with your neighbor so you share a limited common space. If it rains (which it did during our stay), the entire park turns into a giant mud puddle. There are only 2 showers for the entire park. The bathroom was clean but basic with tiled walls and concrete floor that drains to the middle of the bathroom so the floor is wet when people are showering. There is a grass area to walk the dog, but lots of dirt, so when it rains, really messy. We did not use the park WiFi. Also, the Welcome Center on site is not always staffed, some days you have to go to another location to check in. It's a bit confusing.

Just stayed here for a couple of nights passing thru, but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were able to get satellite reception, cell service and WiFI using our hotspot, we did not use the park internet. Site was long enough for our 40' motorhome and tow car and had some grass and a small table. We were able to get in and out of the site with our car connected.

it rained the whole time we were there and since the site is narrow asphalt surrounded by dirt/pine needles it was pretty messy, but not the parks fault. The roads in the park are very narrow which do make it difficult for larger rigs to maneuver into the narrow sites. There is no cell service unless you sit on the porch by the office. There is no satellite reception due to the trees, although we were told at check in that they had Direct TV we could hook up to. When we could not get it to work, the staff said well it didn't always work out well. There is no internet service. You can get the park internet to work if you sit on the porch by the office. Since it was to rain the entire length of our stay, we decided to leave early and the park did refund the last few days of our stay.

The streets are extremely narrow as are the sites making it very difficult for larger rigs to maneuver. The site was level and the park was clean. The main problem is the trains which run all night long. There are constant train whistles during the night as the tracks are very close by. We did not use the restrooms so cannot comment on that. The WiFi was OK.

Location is everything. Small park right on the beach, only 6 sites directly on beach but other sites all have a view of the ocean. The clubhouse was clean. The bathrooms were clean but we did not use them. Be aware there is no phone service but the park has a landline you can use for free, even long distance. There is also limited internet access. The sites were plenty big for our 40' motorhome

For an overnight this would be OK. Sites are exceptionally tight. We needed a spot over Labor Day weekend and this was all we could find. We have a 40' motor home with a tow car and the site we were given was 41' long and 22' wide. We could barely open the car door. Additionally the site was so unlevel we had to not only block up the jacks but put wood blocks under the back tires. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bathrooms were slightly dated but very clean. The dumpster for garbage disposal was a mess and in desperate need of attention. If you are over 36' long, make sure you get an interior site, those are longer, but still very unlevel as many people had wheels off the ground or were blocked up.

Location is great with easy access to towns of Breckenridge and Frisco and to hiking and biking. Lots of park models/chalets and some long term residents and the RV sites are privately owned. Not a lot of rules for those people it appears since several sites are pretty junky and there is trash on several sites that no one picks up. We had to park the coach at the very front of our site in order to not have back tires off the ground since the concrete pad in the rear was several inches lower than the front pad. The picnic table was not usable since it was falling apart and full of splinters. We are full timers and have stayed in several 10/10/10 parks and this is no where on the same caliber as the others. The indoor pool and gym are dated but usable. WiFi is thru Tengo internet and was OK at best.

What a lovely, peaceful little park with a great view. We stayed in Site 12 which had a great view of the mountains and a large grassy area. Site was large and we had no issues with leveling. WiFi and Verizon phone reception was fair due to location. We did not use the cable but our satellite did work here. The owners of the park were very friendly and helped us the day we left when we had an issue with the lights on our tow vehicle.

We stayed here for 2 nights and perhaps that is why we got assigned to Site 29 (even though there were plenty of other sites open). Our site backed up to the dumpster, the concrete slab was in pieces, there was a piece of plywood on the site to cover a hole in the dirt. The site was not designed for a big rig and we could not back in. Luckily the person across the street told us to just drive thru the open lot and pull in. Did not use the pool facility or restrooms and probably would not stay here again.

Very basic. Internet did not work. Permanent resident sites were pretty rough looking. OK for an overnight if passing through the area.
