Really nice place, great lots, no tires on rocks which is hard when you have big rig and tow vehicle. Great dog runs, the only issue is the wifi which is bad. They tell you later that the best spot is at the office, but that does not help you when you are in your rig and need to get on.

First off, 8.5 rating? are you kidding? Typical RV park, but the two ladies working the weekends are clueless, no help at all. They have sewer hookup all the way in the rear of the space so you need about 30 feet of hose, yet they have none to sell. Need Propane on the weekend, you're out of luck. They can not even tell you where to get it. The Wifi, now understand, this park was about 1/3 full, yet the Wifi was horrible and I mean horrible. I could not get on it a single time in a full week. Why these cheap parks can not have good wifi be beyond me. At least have it so we can get our own paid high speed.

How is it this is rated at 9.5? This is why it is hard to determine a good park when they are rated like this. This place is full of old trashy full time residents and a lot of real creepy tenants. A whole lot of freeway noise and worst of all, the wifi is absolutely horrible. If you need wifi, even for a brief time, forget it here. Lots of overflowing trash cans. They have a single dumpster when they need three. So as trash pickup day approaches, you have a mound of stinky trash around the dumpster. Many parks around here with much better facilities, go there.

This is about the cheapest park you can find around LA, and it is not that far from everything in LA. The park is good sized, big RV will have no issues with getting around. There is plenty of extra parking, the place is very clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The spaces are a tad close together but not that bad really. There are concrete and gravel sites and trees that are not to big that blocking satellite signal is an issue. The local cities have everything you need and if you like deserts, it can be a lot of fun here as the open desert is not far away. Only three hours to Death Valley as well. The only downside to this park is that the pool is not heated, that might just be this time of year, but a heated pool 365 days would be a plus, the other negative is the poor Wifi. Most times you can get email and such, but with the slow system, when people start coming home, it crawls to a stop and then even watching a YouTube video is near impossible. We would stay here again, we stayed here in a 45' 5th wheel and had enough room.

Price based on monthly stay. This is a great park, I did a ton of research and this park was rated the best. I wanted a park that was halfway between Memphis and Nashville so we could visit the cities without 3 hour drives. This is a perfect park for that. The area is rich in civil war history, the local towns are great to visit, such great plantation type homes. The park has both concrete and gravel spots with a wood deck and table/chairs. Big rigs are no problem, satellite reception is great and not clocked by trees, but tell them so they put you in the best sites for satellite. You will not find friendlier staff who are beyond helpful. Call the office and order a pizza, they will make it and deliver to your site. This is also a repair location so if you need any maintenance or repair work, they do it all and will do it at your site. They have just built a large building for doing repairs inside if you just come in for a repair. They are very knowledgeable in all aspects of RV repairs. Check in and they will lead you to your site and make sure you get all hooked up with no issues, Cable TV available and Wifi is one of the best I have seen. There is a small pond and dock that you can sit and just watch the Geese and ducks. Full time residents are all friendly, it is a very quiet park. This is one of the best all around parks we have stayed in and will stay again for sure.

This is a great park, the location is excellent and they have a shuttle service to Branson Landing, to and from your door for a tip only. The sites have a concrete pad for your RV, grass and tables. It is right on the lake with small docs to fish, feed the ducks, or just sit and relax. Half the park is shaded with trees and toward the water it is open with few trees, so when you reserve, ask for what you want. A lot of us have satellites now so no trees is perfect, and we put up with the heat when it is really hot, it is a give and take. When temp is a little cooler, these sunny spots are great being so close to the waters edge. The park is easy to maneuver around, I have a 45' 5th wheel pulled by a quad cab dulle and I had zero problems getting around and into my slot. The staff are really really super friendly. If you have a large rig, check this park out and not the other local one that is a couple blocks off the Branson strip. Love this location along with the little taxis that take you to the Branson Landing. There is a train that runs all hours, but it was not bad at all, I have heard maybe one whistle each day, you hear the rumble sometimes but it is really not that big a deal and it is not that often. Any of the Water Edge sites are great! We will pick this park over all the rest when in the area. The Wifi is the big problem here, so if you need it, this is not the park for you, it is horrible! it goes offline all day and night every few minutes it seems. We camped at Branson Lakeside RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Can not understand a 9 rating at this park. The roadway is gravel yes, but full of ruts most of the time and after it rains, look out. I mean ruts that will bottom out your vehicle. The spots are level for the most part and gravel, but outside your door is grass and full of ruts that fill up with rain water. When it rains here, all the water runs down through the spaces and you end up walking through mud for days just to get to your car. Park Manager is really not that friendly and you never know if the office will be open during business hours. Park is good for an overnight stay but that is really it. Just do not expect a 9 park as you will be seriously disappointed.
