Tomorrow's Stars RV Resort, South Charleston, OH. Mature trees, large grass pull through sites, clean pool, clean large (but distant from our site) restrooms/showers, friendly and accommodating staff, a nice place to stay. This was our last stop on a 33 day trip across the US and it was one of the nicest places we have stayed.

370 Lakeside RV Park, St. Peters, MO. What a beautiful park. Very new so mature trees are not on the grounds (at least for a while). A great facility for the community as well as travelers (paddle boat and kayak rentals but no swimming on the lake). The campsites were well organized, flat with stone and grass. The showers were limited (2 uni sex showers for the entire campground), however they were clean and functional. More funds were spent on the beautiful pavilion with luxurious seating. We also enjoyed the metal art work on the welcome sign and lightposts. A very nice stay if you are in the St. Louis area, easy on and off MO 370.

Riverside RV Resort and Campground, Bartlesville, OK. A nice little campground tucked away by a river in OK. The sites are stone and grass with mature trees. The pool was clean and refreshing. The bathroom/showers, while only one stall per gender, was clean and decorated like your home bathroom- very nice and homey. The only issue we had was finding the campground. The address is Adams Blvd. But it is tucked back a bit on Quapaw. If you are traveling west to east and go over the river, you missed it. All in all, a great stay.

Wakeeney KOA, KS. The most affordable KOA we stayed at on our trip. The sites were level with stone and grass with trees spread out over the grounds. The pet area was new and very nice. The bathroom/showers were also nice, clean, and well appointed. The pool's coping and deck near the pool were in desperate need of repair. The pool water, however, was clean, cool, refreshing, and a much needed relief to the 90+ daytime temperatures. One minute in the water and you forgave the needed repairs to the pool. This campground served our needs for a one night stop in Kansas.

Garden the Gods RV Park, Colorado Springs, CO. A well established campground with friendly staff and nice facilities. The camp store, pools, laundry, and bathroom/showers were nice and functional. The showers needed cleaned but I think we used them just before the daily cleaning and they were well used. The campground was well situated in Colorado for site seeing such as Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods.

A new facility that is very nice and will be even better when the trees grow. Friendly staff, all stone pull through sites with astro-turf. We were surprised to see broken or no locks on the bathroom or shower stalls on such a new and well maintained shower house. Don't forget to put your awning in. We went to dinner and came back to a rip in the vinyl. We went to the local Home Depot for a strong tape and the clerk chuckled, "Wyoming weather". There are lots of stores and restaurants as well as several movie theaters in the area.

West Gate KOA, West Yellowstone, MT. What a nice RV Park. Clean showers and bathrooms, friendly staff, nice store and laundry, and an enclosed pool were just some of the high points and amenities. The only problem was that we spent all our time in Yellowstone, which was only 6 miles away, that we didn't get to enjoy all this park had to offer. We also enjoyed the coffee shop but missed the pancake breakfast they offered each morning. While you do pay more at KOA, you get what you pay for...Great RV Park.

Indian Springs, American Falls, ID. The staff was friendly and the site was level with nice trees, but that is about as far as I can go with positive comments. Organization/management was an issue. When we checked in, the clerk was also a lifeguard and just sold ice cream to a family. She really did not know how to check us in. We had to ask for a map. No rules or policies were shared with us or we would have known the pool was an extra $28 for our family of four. The site was a 50 amp and we needed 30 - they were friendly and loaned us a converter. When we showed up to swim, bedecked in swimsuits and suntan lotion, we found out about the extra charge. We decided to shower and go to town for a dinner treat when we found out we were never told the shower door code. Upon entering the showers we were dismayed with the conditions. The corridor outside the showers as well as the showers themselves were very dirty. My daughter noted large hair balls in her shower with accumulated bugs and dirt. The door to my shower had no lock but did have a rope tied to the electric conduit so you could "lock" the door. In the shower there was no control over the water. You had one knob for hot only. My water cycled from very hot to tepid at best. Not a great stop, I would hope there are better in the area.

Crystal Crane Hot Springs (CCHS) RV Park. We selected this park so we could experience the hot spring. The remote location made this a one night stop on our travels. They did not have any sewer hookup sites available nor a dump station. The hot spring was hot (98 degrees) but the water was murky due to the stone they are adding to make a "beach" rather than mud shore and bottom. The facilities were adequate but well used. The commons area and camp kitchen were a nice addition. The sites were gravel and had no shade trees. The sunset was beautiful and the restrooms were clean.

Rogue Valley Overniters, Grants Pass OR. We selected this RV park for the location. Grants Pass is equidistant from Crater Lake to the northeast and Redwood National Forest to the south and west. Thus this park fit our needs. While the staff was very friendly and the laundry and bathrooms were adequate, these were the only amenities. With no pool or playgrounds, it truly was just a place to rest our heads. The proximity to all the area has to offer outweighed the limited services of the park.

Janzen Beach RV Park, Portland OR. Just over the border from Washington and easy to get to, this park had a lot to offer. The sites were all paved with trees and other plants as well as stone walls. The pool was large, warm (it was in the 50s outside in the morning), and very clean. WIFI, was better than most. The issues we had were that the bathroom entry was by a card reader and we only had one card, so we had to travel as a group to shower or the bathroom if needed. While everything was clean and looked well tended, the showers were dirty (the grout). Over all, a nice over night stay if you don't mind the constant roar of jet engines taking off from the Portland airport.

Lake Pleasant RV Park, Bothell WA. Very nice, level, paved sites. Laundry and showers were clean and well kept. There were friendly staff that caters to cruisers. We stored the RV while on a cruise to Alaska. Great rate and we could plug in while gone so we kept the refrigerator going and did not lose anything. To be sure, we filled a small cup of water, froze it the night before we left and then put a nickel on it before we left. If we would have lost power for a long time while gone, the nickel would have not been on top of the ice in the cup. We chartered a limo "Semper Fi" to take us to and from the ship. Very reasonable and a great ride. The drivers were friendly and professional. It cost just a few dollars more for the limo ride than to store the camper at the port. With the Safeway grocery store and gas just across the street from the RV park, it was very easy to get fresh supplies and gassed up for our trip after the cruise. Some advice, sign up for the Safeway card for savings and use a debit card or cash at the gas for even more savings.

Suncrest RV Park, Moses Lake WA. Well appointed, clean, friendly staff at check in, close to RT 90- easy off/on, nice laundry and two pools (one with two slides). The only drawback was how close the sites were. It felt like we were on top of the other guests (the park was packed, I only saw one open site). No firepits, but I did see (and smell) grills cooking. This was just a one night stop for us and it worked great for that with all the services they had.

Mountain Meadows RV Park and Cabins, Hungry Horse MT. What a great place to stay. This was more of a wilderness retreat than RV Park. Our site was secluded, surrounded by trees, and close to the restroom/showers. You could not ask for more. Friendly staff, clean and very nice restrooms and showers (loved all the tile), a pond and an open field to relax and walk. On our first night, the campground had a group of singers in to entertain. The campground is close too Glacier National Park and not far from Kalispell for larger restaurants and stores (Hungry Horse and Columbia Falls have great smaller sites and local restaurants). On our trip from PA to WA and back this was our favorite RV Park - well done Mountain Meadows!

Osen's, Livingston, MT - Very clean sites, flowered paths along laundry and bathroom facilities. No fires or charcoal grills, but easy on / easy off from route 90 but far enough away that you don't hear the traffic. There is no pool but there is a large fenced dog run area. A good stay for our one night stop - passing through.

Rush No More, Sturgis, SD - What a great place for quiet get-away. A short trip from route 90, yet close enough to see the sites. Mount Rushmore is about thirty miles away but a nice ride. Campground is very clean and well maintained. The facilities, while older and well used, were clean and functional. The staff was very friendly...even picked up / filed / delivered propane to our site. A great place to enjoy the Black Hills sites.

Jelly Stone Sioux Falls, SD. Well designed campground. Each site for campers was a pull through and had a mature tree. The showers were new and very nice. The pool was not as clean as it could be. The hot tub had something in the filter that I do not want to speculate as too its origin. A plus was that the campground was easy on and off RT 90. However, this was a minus as well with the sound of traffic on the interstate. Staff was friendly and Yogi Bear was even riding around in a golf cart.

Hidden Valley, Milton WI. Great faculty. Very clean and well appointed. Sites were nice and level with shade. The pool and store were also nice. Snacks and food were priced well and could be delivered for free to your site. Showers were clean and had good water pressure. It was a little more, but the campground was quality.

Gotta Getaway in Belleview Ohio. Friendly staff, reasonable rates, nice trees in most areas other spots are not shaded. Pool is nice. Bathrooms are new but would rate as acceptable not great (doors did not close well, a bit dirty). Wifi? - did not get a code or connection. We were surprised there was only a dump station not sewage hookup. Overall, a very good stop for us as we were just passing through and stayed one night.
