Convenient to the highway exit. Staff friendly but, not go out of their way kind of friendly. Would not come back unless I needed to. Concrete pads are broken, our site was off level a lot, and real narrow sites overall. Another issue is WiFi, always dropping. Staff acknowledges issue and same excuse as always, too many are using it. This is just another campground that does not provide good WiFi. Did not use the facilities or pool, but they looked kept up. Heard kids roaming around the campground making loud noises after 11 o'clock at night and no security or supervision. Railroad nosies in the background can be heard at night. A McDonalds and gas station nearby, a lot of vacant stores in the area.

If you want cheap, this is it. Also it is convenient off the highway, but I do not recommend it. Its an old park and needs fixing up. The owners should really improve the grounds. You are next to a flea market, and the area is nothing great. Maintenance is lacking... potholes, old trees, need more trees, no grass in many areas, old electric posts and breakers, poor lighting. W-fi was not good either. I guess you get what you pay for.

Exiting southbound I-75, its a long route (20-30 min) to the campground and on steep roads that are not very wide. We are a big rig, and did fine, but would not do it again. The campground does have long pull thorough sites here, but who wants to drive this far to stay for an overnight, much less for a inferior campground? The interior roads in the campground are a joke. They are not paved, even have a one way road getting to the main section of campground where they put us. Note, if it was raining, it would be a real mess. Not well designed. Even the sewer port is to far to the rear of the site, about 70' back, we had to find a third hose extension to reach it. The site was unleveled and the gravel was not compacted and definitely it is not done on a regular basis. There are weeds all around us and those were not cut recently. Some campers had 3 vehicles at their sites and the roads in-between are very narrow and curved, so it made navigating by difficult. There are tents intermingled next to all kinds of trailers and motorhomes, instead of being sectioned off. Noisy late at night and no supervision to be seen. Wi-Fi was not good at all. Water pressure was fine. I understand campers may like the amenities that come with the price but, the conditions and grounds are below average, and not well maintained. Definitely not recommended.

Big Rig Friendly for sure. Out the of way campground but, nice big sites. No shading, but long pads in good condition. Sewer connection was up too high to ground elevation. And located a bit too far to the rear of the site. Not very busy when we were there. Not much to do in the campground other than the pool. Near the Nascar Racetrack, otherwise not much to do in the immediate area. We used it as a base to do day trips.
