"This is the first brake controller I have installed even though this is my 4th unit. Installation was very easy because my vehicle was equipped with a tow package. Mine didn’t need any adjustments prior to use. Readout is easy and comprehensive, I really like the large manual controller so you don’t have to fumble around locating it while towing. The trailer brakes are applied smoothly with no screeching which I have experienced with other units. The price is fair considering the quality. After using the unit, I will not buy a “bottom of the line” unit again. You can feel the quality when braking and using the manual controller."
