What should I do if I am not receiving emails and would like to receive them?
As a member, you can sign up to receive emails from the Good Sam Club which include handy tech tips, Club news, member benefit updates and much more! To sign up, sign into your online Good Sam Club account . Once there, click the boxes of the types of emails that you would like to receive.

If you have already signed up for Good Sam emails and are experiencing issues with receiving them, please review your My Communications Preferences settings to confirm that you are opted in to receive email from us. If your email address is correct and re-entering it does not seem to help, your Internet Service Provider (ISP), such as Hotmail or Yahoo, may be using filters to prevent unwanted emails from reaching your inbox. Sometimes, these filters also block messages you want to receive. In most cases, adding us to your list of trusted senders will solve this issue. In AOL, select "Add Contact" or “New Contact”; in Yahoo! Mail, Outlook or Outlook Express select "Add to Address Book"; or Hotmail or MSN, simply add to your list of contacts.

If you use a "spam" filter, check your preferences to make sure you have not inadvertently flagged emails from the "" domain as "spam." If your problems receiving email persist, please contact your ISP's technical support department and ask how to "whitelist" emails from
I want to take advantage of the member benefits, but I don't want to be placed on a mailing list or receive unwanted emails. Can I become a member and be assured that does not occur?
After you enroll you may select to opt out of any unwanted Good Sam communications. To do so, visit My Email Preferences and un-check any of the boxes for the emails you don't wish to receive. To opt out of direct mail, contact Member Services at 866-205-7451.
