How do I get the Pilot Flying J RV Plus Charge Card?
The RV Plus Charge Card is offered by Pilot Flying J to Good Sam Club members only. Application and approval process is required. Apply online or call 1-855-478-7587.
When applying for the card, you will be required to enter an email address where your statements will be sent every 30 days. After you finish the application, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address that you provided to ensure that your email address will accept emails from us. You must click on the link in this email and "submit" your application before your application will be processed.
What form of payment can I use?
The required form of payment is the RV Plus Charge Card. Cash payments are not eligible for the discounts. Your Good Sam Club membership card is not necessary. When paying your RV Plus Charge Card bill, you can: mail in a check, call in a payment, submit a payment through your RV Plus Charge Card online account, use bill pay through your bank or set up monthly automatic drafts.
Does it work at truck diesel lanes?
Yes, the RV Plus Charge Card can be used at the truck diesel lanes. And, when you use the RV Plus Charge Card you will always receive your discount off the cash price!
Does the discount apply to any volume of fuel?
Yes. Also, there is no “single transaction” limit cut off like with credit cards. The RV Plus Charge Card allows you to fill up as much as you need in a single swipe (up to the amount of credit you have available on your charge card).
Does the card offer the “start the pump” feature?
Yes. The RV Plus Charge Card not only lets you start the truck diesel pumps, but also lets you pay at the pump just like at the RV and Auto lanes, so no need to come inside at all. Note that if you’re in the truck lanes, you’ll need to go inside if you want a receipt. Instead of waiting in line, you can use the Driver Kiosk.
Does my balance need to be paid off each month?
Yes, all balances must be paid in full at the end of each billing cycle. Unlike a credit card, the RV Plus Charge Card requires payment in full each month. By paying the balance monthly, the RV Plus Charge Card saves you from costly interest charges. This allows you to receive the fuel discounts, plus the convenience of a charge card without accruing costly interest charges.
Once I have my RV Plus Charge Card, how will I receive my statements?
All statements are sent via email. This guarantees you will receive timely statements each month. You may also log into your RV Plus Charge Card online account to view your statements at any time.
My RV Plus Charge Card has a $1,000 credit limit. How can I get a higher credit limit?
When applying, if you note preference to pay your RV Plus Charge Card bill online (manual payment), you will be issued a $1,000 credit line & a $2,500 limit if you choose to pay your bill via auto-draft. Both of these limits can be increased based on your credit score by calling the RV Plus Charge Card Customer Service at 855-478-7587.
Where can I see my discounts?
Your fuel discount can be seen at the pump and on your purchase receipt. Statements will reflect the already discounted price per gallon (or liter in Canada).
What information do I need to use my RV Plus Charge Card?
You’ll need your control number and your RV Plus Charge Card. Your control number must be entered for every purchase and functions as your PIN. Your control number is sent to the email address that you provide in the application process and can be changed at any time either online or by calling RV Plus Charge Card customer support at 855-478-7587.
Can I use my RV Plus Charge Card at every Pilot and Flying J location?
Yes. However, there are a few “dealer” locations in which Pilot Flying J only supplies diesel fuel, not gas. At "Dealer" locations, the RV Plus Charge Card only works at the truck diesel lanes for diesel fuel, the card is not accepted at the Auto/RV pumps or inside the store. What information do I need to log in to my account online?
You’ll need two important pieces of information: 1. Your User ID. Your User ID is sent to the email address that you provide in the application process. 2. Your password. Your password is included in the letter you will receive with your RV Plus Charge Card. Both your User ID and password are required in order to log in to your account online. Can the RV Plus Charge Card savings and the Good Sam Club membership card savings be combined?
No, the RV Plus Charge Card and the Good Sam Club membership card discounts can't be combined.
