Cancellation Policy:
Refunds of all monies, less $50 for all cancellations postmarked by July 17, 2012. Written cancellations postmarked July 18-August 7, 2012 will be assessed a $100 handling fee. Written cancellations postmarked August 8-September 18, 2012 will forfeit 25% of total event fee. Written cancellations postmarked September 19-October 8, 2012 forfeit 50% of event fee. No-shows and cancellations postmarked after the start date of the event will not be eligible for refunds. Send all cancellations to: Good Sam Club Samborees, P.O. Box 8535, Ventura, CA 93002. All cancellations must be received in writing.

and may not be comfortable for all participants. Facilities, such as
seating for the disabled at special events, may not always be
positioned with the rest of the group depending on access. We invite
you to ask questions regarding tours in order to determine if the tours
will meet your needs.
